Upon payment, deliverables become Client property. We retain portfolio rights unless NDA is signed.
5. Payments
- 50% upfront deposit required.
- Balance due before deployment.
6. Liability
Vibranium Corp is not liable for indirect damages. We build robustly, but the internet is volatile.
